Q - What is My PACK-RAT?
A - My PACK-RAT is a self-service management tool that allows you to manage your account online. It enables you to make changes to your account such as updating contact or billing information and scheduling pick-up and drop-off dates without having to call in and speak to an agent. My PACK-RAT is for local moving and storage customers only.
Q - How do I get started?
A - You can create a My PACK-RAT account with a local quote number or a local booked order. From the local quote screen, click “My Account” in the top righthand corner of the website. Or, if you book online or with an agent, you will be prompted to create an account after you place your order.
Q - How do I update my contact information?
A - Once signed in, click on the “Profile” tab and edit the fields you need to change. When done, click “Update”.
Q - How can I make changes to my order?
A - Sign into My PACK-RAT and select the order you wish to edit. Here you can update billing information, schedule transportation, make a payment or update a credit card.
Q - I want to schedule the delivery, or pickup, of my container.
A - Sign into My PACK-RAT and select the order you wish to edit. Click on “Schedule Transportation”. Under this tab you will see where your container has gone and where it will be going. Click on “Schedule” next to the type of transportation you would like to schedule. Fill out the Door position, driveway type, and obstacle boxes. When viewing the calendar, the green dates are available options. Click on any green date you want and the press “Schedule”.
Q - Can I make a payment on My PACK-RAT?
A - Yes! You can use the credit card you used when you booked the order or you can use a new credit card. We accept all major credit cards, and you are able to pay your balance in full or partially.
