Frequently Asked Questions about My PACK-RAT


Q - What is My PACK-RAT?

A - My PACK-RAT is a new self-service management tool being launched that will allow you to manage your account online. It enables you to make changes to your account such as updating contact information, billing information, and scheduling touches without having to call in and speak to an agent.

Q - How do I get started?

A - To sign in to My PACK-RAT – Click “My Account” at the top right hand corner. In order to register to My PACK-RAT you must have a quote or an order number. Click “Create a new My PACK-RAT account” and fill out required fields. An activation link will be sent to your email which will allow you to login from then on.

Q - How do I update my contact information?

A - Once signed in, click on the “Profile” tab and edit the fields you need to change. When done, click “Update”.

Q - How can I make changes to my order?

A - Sign into My PACK-RAT and select the order you wish to edit. Here you can update billing information, schedule transportation, make a payment or update a credit card.

Q - I want to schedule the delivery, or pickup, of my container.

A - Sign into My PACK-RAT and select the order you wish to edit. Click on “Schedule Transportation”. Under this tab you will see where your container has gone and where it will be going. Click on “Schedule” next to the type of transportation you would like to schedule. Fill out the Door position, driveway type, and obstacle boxes. When viewing the calendar, the green dates are available options. Click on any green date you want and the press “Schedule”.

Q - Can I make a payment on My PACK-RAT?

A - Yes! You can use the credit card you used when you booked the order or you can use a new credit card. We accept all major credit cards, and you are able to pay your balance in full or partially.

Q - Why can’t I see my account?

A - We are currently in beta testing, so you will not be able to view accounts that have already been created. Only new quotes/rentals will be able to be managed online.
