"It was a great experience, got the service as described and promised, received help troubleshooting logistics of transporting the pod, everyone was always helpful and friendly. The rate hikes hurt but were understandable. Contents were in perfect condition after 8+years in storage. Delivery system is super cool, loved watching them deliver the pod (driver was really nice).
